Personal Data Protection Law

In this clarification text;

— Personal Information: Any information related to the identified or identifiable real persons,
— Personal Data Protection Law ("KVKK"): The Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, which entered into force for publications in the Official Gazette on 07.04.2016,
— Data Controller: It refers to real or legal person responsible for identifying the purposes and means of personal data processing and installing and managing data recording system,
— Data Processor: It means the natural or legal person who processes personal data on behalf of the data controller based on the authority granted by the data controller.

1— Collection, Processing and Business Purposes of Personal Data


Although your personal data may vary depending on the relationship between you and our company, it may be collected verbally, in writing or electronically by automatic or non-automatic methods, through our Company's units, website, social media channels, mobile applications and similar means. Your personal data will be created and updated and processed as long as your relationship with our company continues.

Your collected personal data is collected by the relevant business units in order to carry out the necessary works for you to benefit from the services of our company, to ensure the legal and commercial security of our company and the people who have a business relationship with our company, to determine and implement the strategies of our company and to ensure the execution of our company's human resources policies. In accordance with the conditions and purposes of processing personal data specified in the articles,

Processing in accordance with the law and the rules of fairness,
Keeping them accurate and up-to-date when necessary,
Be processed for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes,
To be connected, limited and measured with the purpose of processing,
To be stored for the period required by the relevant legislation or for the purpose for which they are processed,

Will be processed in accordance with the rules.

2— To Whom and For What Purpose the Processed Personal Data Can Be Transferred


Your collected personal data is sent to our business partners, suppliers, legally authorized public institutions and private individuals for the purpose of performing the necessary works by the relevant business units in order to benefit from the services of our company, ensuring the legal and commercial security of our company and the persons with whom our company has a business relationship, determining and implementing the commercial and business strategies of our company and ensuring the execution of our company's human resources policies, institutions and private individuals within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

3— Method and Legal Grounds for Collecting Personal Data


Your personal data is obtained in order to provide our services in line with the above-mentioned purposes in all kinds of verbal, written, or electronic media and in this context, to fulfill the responsibilities of our company arising from the contract and the law completely and accurately. Your personal data collected for this legal reason is subject to Article 5 and 6 of the KVKK. Can also be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in Articles (1) and (2) of this text within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in the articles.

4— Rights of the Data Subject under the KVKK, Enumerated in Article 11


As personal data owners, our company will conclude your requests for your rights free of charge within 30 days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request, if you submit your requests to our company using the methods set out below. However, if a fee is stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Board, the fee determined by our company will be charged. In this scope, data subjects have the rights to;

  1. Learn whether his/her personal data is processed or not,
  2. Request information regarding the personal data if they are processed,
  3. Learn the purpose of processing the personal data and whether they are used in line with this purpose,
  4. Receive information on the third persons to whom the personal data is transferred at home or abroad,
  5. Request the rectification of the incomplete or inaccurate data, if any,
  6. Request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK, request notification of the operations carried out in compliance with sub-paragraphs
  7. (e) and (f) to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
  8. object to any adverse consequences arising as a result of processed data being analyzed exclusively by automatic systems,
  9. Request compensation for the damages in case you incur damages due to unlawful processing of personal data.

Pursuant to paragraph 1 of Article 13 of the KVKK, you can send your request regarding the exercise of your above-mentioned rights to our company in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. - - Since the Personal Data Protection Board has not determined any method at this stage, you are required to submit your application to our company in writing in accordance with the KVKK. In this context, In this context, the channels and procedures to submit your application in writing to our company within the scope of Article 11 of the KVKK are explained below.
